01 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdbdee platform and all its services. By accessing the bdbdee website, creating an account or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total of ৳3,000 to play with. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus applies once per person, per household or per IP address.
• There is a difference between bonus funds and real funds — bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bdbdee reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled.

Cashback and VIP Benefits

VIP members receive weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2% and Diamond — up to 1.5%. The terms and conditions of the VIP benefits program are subject to change.

06 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to sports betting and casino games on bdbdee. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on cricket, football, basketball and other sports.
• Betting odds may change at any time — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• bdbdee reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.

Casino Games

• All casino games are operated under the rules of the respective software provider.
• In the event of a disconnection, the result of the ongoing round is saved on the server.
• In disputed situations, the server log will be considered the final proof.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbdee platform and if detected, the account will be cancelled and legal action may be taken:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or using an account under a third party's identity.
• Bonus abuse or strategic betting aimed at obtaining bonuses (Bonus Hunting / Arbitrage).
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Coordinating bets with other players (Collusion).
• Using fake or another person's identity documents.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

bdbdee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Legal order from authorities.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

If a closed account has any valid balance, it will be returned after verification, however bonus funds will be forfeited. You may also request account closure yourself through our support team.
